WHAT IS ZELOTASK?
ZeloTask is a digital task and market-research platform. Members can activate an earning plan, receive eligible daily tasks, complete the work, and receive the displayed task reward after successful completion and any applicable quality checks.

HOW DO EARNING PLANS WORK?
Each plan has an access price, duration, daily task limit and projected earning cap. The purchase day counts as the first calendar day. When a plan is activated, eligible tasks for that day are made available immediately and remain open until midnight in the platform timezone. New daily work is generated for the next eligible day.

ARE EARNINGS GUARANTEED?
No. ZeloTask is not a savings, deposit or investment product. Earnings come from completing eligible tasks. The projected amount shown on a plan is a maximum planning figure based on the current task schedule and reward rules. Actual earnings can be lower if tasks are not completed, fail quality checks, inventory is unavailable, or the plan expires.

WHAT HAPPENS TO UNFINISHED TASKS AT MIDNIGHT?
Daily tasks do not roll over. Unfinished work expires at midnight and the Task Center refreshes for the new calendar day. Completed tasks remain in your history.

WHEN IS A TASK REWARD CREDITED?
A reward is credited after the task is completed successfully and passes automated quality and risk checks. A task that requires review may remain pending until it is resolved.

HOW DO DEPOSITS WORK?
Deposits are initiated through the payment provider shown in the Wallet. ZeloTask credits the wallet only after the provider confirms a successful payment. If confirmation is delayed, the payment may remain pending while automated reconciliation continues.

HOW DO WITHDRAWALS WORK?
When you request a withdrawal, the requested gross amount is reserved immediately so it cannot be spent twice. Any configured fee is displayed in the Wallet and the payout provider receives the net amount. Provider delays can leave a withdrawal pending until reconciliation finishes.

HOW DO REFERRALS WORK?
Referral and leadership rewards are governed by the active rules shown in ZeloTask. A referral relationship must be recorded correctly at registration. Commission percentages, qualifying activity and leadership thresholds can change prospectively when the programme is updated.

IS KYC REQUIRED?
Profile verification is optional for ordinary use unless a specific transaction, risk review, provider requirement or applicable law requires additional verification. ZeloTask may request information where reasonably necessary to protect members and the platform.

HOW DO I GET SUPPORT?
Use Profile → Support & disputes. Include the relevant transaction or task reference where possible so the support team can investigate efficiently.
